Health Education Programs

The health education programs of USAble Administrators are disease-specific approaches to medical information and education, which are focused on our members and coordinated with local providers.

These programs are optional services, which your employer may choose to add to your health plan. Consult your benefit handbook to determine if your plan includes these programs:

Cardiovascular Health Education Program to help those diagnosed with both high blood pressure and high cholesterol in managing their illnesses;
Diabetes Health Education Program to assist those who have diabetes in managing their disease;
Low Back Pain Health Education Program to assist those who are dealing with the effects of back pain;
Respiratory Health Education Program with focus on prevention and self-management of respiratory illnesses for members and their families who are at greater risk for serious complications of a respiratory illness;
Special Delivery for expectant mothers.
